Yes. Data is stored on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
Connect the mailbox your store invoices already go to, forward them to your KuluFlow address or photograph the delivery note. KuluFlow reads the site reference and books the cost to the right site. If there is no reference, it asks you.
Yes. Timesheets go to Excel, invoices and invoice lines to CSV, and all invoices as one ZIP file.
If you don't choose a plan, nothing is charged. You only get an invoice when you decide to continue.
Yes. Time tracking alone is €3 per worker a month and KuluFlow €29 a month (+ VAT). The €19 site diary plan also includes time tracking for up to 10 workers, so from 7 workers it is cheaper than time tracking alone.
